- Provide Compliance Support: Offer specialized support to all departments to ensure comprehensive compliance across the organization.
- Cultivate a Safety-Centric Culture: Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and excellence throughout the organization.
- Lead Compliance Initiatives: Drive efforts to obtain and maintain ISO22000 and ISO45001 accreditation.
- Develop and Enforce Policies: Develop and enforce health & safety and food safety policies, conducting ongoing training to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and Analyze Data: Monitor inspections and incident investigations, analyzing health & safety and food safety data trends to devise strategies for enhancing company performance.
- Generate Compliance Reports: Generate compliance management reports and provide insights to the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma and HACCP Level 3 certification as a minimum.
- Experience: Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in auditing management systems, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organizational environment.
