About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Linen Porter to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of linen control and ensuring the smooth operation of our linen service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate linen control reports and identify any linen abuse
  • Work to daily schedules to ensure efficient linen distribution and collection
  • Count and reconcile linen stock to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Secure linen room keys and maintain the linen room while on duty
  • Collaborate with the C&B department to ensure timely linen delivery and stock replenishment
  • Conduct security checks to ensure linen service cupboards are secure and locked
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints or compliments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve team goals
  • Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements
