Job Title: Front Office Team Leader - Guest Experience Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Team Leader to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office team during shifts, ensuring all procedures are followed and guests receive a personalized experience.
- Welcoming guests and anticipating their needs to provide a seamless stay.
- Conveying the hotel image and promoting our loyalty program.
- Assisting with guest feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
- Providing knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
- A background in hotel operations, ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
- Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
- A natural ability to surprise guests with authentic guest service.
