Front Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Novotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office team during peak periods, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that our guests receive a high level of service.
  • Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive, with a personalized approach that makes them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Anticipating guests' needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Conveying the hotel's image and promoting our loyalty program to our guests.
  • Assisting with the resolution of guest feedback and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing knowledge of our facilities and services, as well as those offered by the surrounding area, and actively promoting them to our guests.
  • Carrying out all operations concerning guests' arrival and departure, in compliance with payment procedures.
  • Informing guests about formalities and special conditions relating to their stay, as well as the services available to them.
  • Contributing to the qualitative and quantitative targets of the department.

Requirements:

  • A background in hotel operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous, but not essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills and a pride in personal presentation.
  • A natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service, setting you apart from the rest.
