We are seeking a Senior Respiratory Physician to join our busy and dynamic Respiratory Medicine Team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a leading healthcare provider in the UK, we offer an exciting opportunity for a consultant to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of respiratory medicine services.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking appropriate subspecialist and general respiratory clinics, participating in audit, clinical governance, teaching, and service development. They will also contribute to the management of respiratory support units and participate in research and education activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have full registration with the General Medical Council, a valid license to practice, and be on the specialist register in respiratory medicine or within 6 months of achieving a CCT (or equivalent). They will also have broad experience in respiratory medicine, including experience in acute NIV/HDU care, respiratory infection, sleep-disordered breathing, and other relevant areas.

The trust offers a competitive salary range of £101,776 - £117,819 per annum, depending on experience.
