Operations Director Opportunity

Newmedica, the leading provider of NHS funded and private Ophthalmology services in the UK, is seeking a skilled Operations Director to join our Joint Venture Partnership. As a salaried employee, director of the business, and equity stakeholder, you will play a key role in driving the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring clinical safety and excellent care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Joint Venture Partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing P&L and budgets.
  • Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and governance.
