We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Artemis Human Capital. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work in a family-run company based in Newry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and credit notes, setting up and maintaining supplier accounts, and managing purchase orders. They will also reconcile supplier statements, allocate bank and cash transactions, and process supplier payments.

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in accounts payable and/or purchase ledger maintenance, with excellent technical skills and knowledge of accounting software. You should also have strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits such as life assurance, health and wellbeing assistance, and a company pension.
