Job Title: Health and Safety Administrator

InstaStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health and Safety Administrator to join their team in North Birmingham.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Health and Safety department, ensuring the smooth operation of the team's activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data streams for third-party accreditations, such as Achilles and Constructionline
  • Developing and producing operation and maintenance manuals for projects in the Midlands region
  • Logging company accident statistics and working hours, and creating infographics for the Senior Team and SHEQ Meetings
  • Collating and displaying information for external audits
  • Assisting with internal audit protocols
  • Providing support to the Environment and Sustainability Officer, including data entry and quality checking
  • Generating emails and responding to requests for information

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar support role
  • Knowledge of health and safety principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with part-time options available for the right candidate.

Salary is circa £30,000.
