Rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Senior Associate to join a top-ranked team in Cheltenham and enjoy high-quality work in a beautiful setting.
The role requires someone with expertise in high-value and complex matrimonial finance issues and private child law matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal advice to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Manage a broad case load with a 'hands-on' approach
- Draft complex documents with minimal supervision
- Apply a commercial approach to research and evaluate relevance and accuracy in delivering advice
- Delegate, coordinate, and supervise the work of junior team members
- Support Partners in client marketing and business development activities
- Contribute to group knowledge and know-how initiatives
Candidates should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE, although the firm is open to considering candidates with less or more experience.
