Clinical Nurse Specialist Liaison Psychiatry Service

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Adult Audiology Admin team as a Clinic Co-ordinator. This is a permanent full-time position based across three sites: St Michaels, Southmead, and Cossham.
Key Responsibilities- Support the triaging of referrals by liaising with key clinical staff
- Manage patient communications via telephone and Trust systems
- Act as a point of contact for queries from clinical and non-clinical staff
- Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust
- Escalate patient queries and capacity problems to the line manager or relevant clinical staff
- Communicate changes to clinics and appointments to patients
