About the Role

As the Chef Director of Hospitality and Food Service at Get Golfing CIO, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations in our golfing venues. You will develop and implement new menus, manage kitchen staff, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menus that meet commercial expectations and align with our company values
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Work closely with the Group Catering Manager to develop and implement strategies for reducing waste and improving profitability
  • Ensure exceptional food quality and safety standards, including allergen management and hygiene practices
Requirements
  • Estimated salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and food service management
  • Proven background in menu development, production, and serving guides
  • Experience in managing teams and delivering results-driven projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
