A primary school in Windsor is seeking a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students in Key Stage 1 and 2.

This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in the classroom, developing your teaching skills and confidence. You will work collaboratively with experienced teachers, contributing to lesson planning and implementation. Previous experience working with children is desirable.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for education. In this role, you will:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons to Key Stage 1 and 2 students
  • Create inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse needs
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs or lower abilities
  • Offer constructive feedback on student progress to teachers
