Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and track exceptional customer service experiences across your team, ensuring all Beauty Advisors are brand ambassadors with their attitude, eventing, and on-brand grooming.
  • Develop and track educational strategies across your team, guaranteeing knowledge on product benefits and application techniques to enhance customer experiences.
  • Implement and track Retail Excellence strategies, including merchandising, planograms, visuals, and digital devices.
  • Drive business opportunities in alignment with the Retail Manager to achieve results in your shop, measuring sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking daily targets.
  • Organize rosters in alignment with the Retail Manager and track hours worked for payroll procedures.
  • Coach your team and provide feedback and support for professional development, ensuring the counter is always visually appealing and clean.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and retailers to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • You're passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • You have sufficient experience as a Team Leader or Senior Beauty Advisor.
  • You possess a team spirit mindset and abilities to influence, coach, and manage others.
  • You have strong communication and training skills, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest fragrance, cosmetic, and skincare trends.
