Key Responsibilities

  • Review and complete all necessary documentation to ensure accurate and timely care delivery
  • Monitor and control residents' nutritional and dietary requirements to promote optimal health
  • Support and guide the team to ensure the safety of residents and staff
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to care delivery

About You

We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills, good leadership skills, and the ability to use initiative. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and be committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current registration with the NMC for the appropriate client group (valid PIN number)
  • Relevant care home experience, including medication administration, wound care, infection control, and pressure area care
