The successful candidate will have:

  • A Level 2 qualification in English, Mathematics and ITQ or a willingness to work towards the qualifications in a timely manner.
  • A relevant qualification in Learning Support alongside a First Aid qualification.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Providing effective support to students on a range of programmes with individuals with differing needs.
  • Working with identified students in supporting the delivery of the objectives as set out in individual Education and Health Care Plans.
  • Liaising with teaching staff regarding the needs of individual learners, and assisting in the preparation of teaching materials to ensure effective learning.

The estimated salary for this role is £15,598.80 per annum, with 30 hours worked per week. Benefits include:
