Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chief Security Design Specialist to join our Security and Technology Engineering team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge security solutions for major construction projects across Europe and the world.



About the Role

As a Chief Security Design Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical and strategic security engineering services on new build and fit-out projects. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Determining operational and strategic requirements
  • Undertaking detailed assessments of relevant threats and risks
  • Designing and implementing physical and electronic security solutions, including vehicle barriers, hostile vehicle mitigation systems, and access control systems


Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Prior experience in security engineering, preferably with a focus on design and implementation
  • A relevant qualification in security or engineering, such as RSES, CSyP, or PSP
  • Excellent business development skills, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
