Cundall is currently seeking an exceptional Chief Security Architectural Specialist to lead the delivery of security controls for high-profile projects in the Critical Systems sector.

This strategic opportunity allows you to develop and manage a team of electronic security systems consultants, ensuring the successful execution of projects from design through to installation and handover.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines to coordinate technically excellent and profitable projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security systems designs, construction administration services, and delivering data centre projects following RIBA Plan of Work stages or equivalent.

A strong background in security risk management and physical security solutions, including Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM), forced entry protection, blast, and ballistic mitigation, is essential. You should possess proven ability in managing direct reports, project teams, and internal/external security stakeholders.

The role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and creative problem-solving abilities. This is a collaborative, client-focused position that demands a passion for intuitive design.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location.
