About the Role
As a Helpline Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and healthcare professionals, providing empathetic and professional support to ensure they receive the care and services they need. You will be responsible for managing workload, organizing additional tasks, and ensuring team compliance with business health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
- Manage workload, including organizing additional tasks and project work to ensure internal and contractual KPIs are achieved.
- Ensure team compliance with business health and safety procedures.
- Pass on escalated queries and engage with all business areas to resolve issues in a professional and positive manner.
- Problem solve and decision make in a busy environment across a wide range of subjects.
- Complete training, including identifying and addressing training needs.
About You
We are looking for a kind, friendly, and communicative individual who enjoys helping people and is excited about working for Baywater Healthcare. You will have excellent communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to think quickly and problem solve. Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
