Job Title: Helpline Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Helpline Advisor to join our team. As a Helpline Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and customers, providing support and guidance on a range of healthcare-related issues.

About the Role

As a Helpline Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing workload, including additional tasks and project work, to ensure both internal and contractual KPIs and company and personal objectives are achieved.
  • Ensuring team compliance with business health and safety procedures.
  • Passing on escalated queries, engaging with all business areas when necessary to resolve issues.
  • Problem solving and decision making in a busy environment across a wide range of subjects.
  • Completing training, identifying and addressing training needs.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Active listening skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathy and understanding, with the ability to think quickly and problem solve.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office software.
