This role involves overseeing the day-to-day care of residents, delegating tasks to nursing and care staff as necessary. You'll provide clinical supervision to Registered Nurses, ensuring they meet the needs of our residents. As a Shift Team Leader, you'll guide and supervise care staff, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.

You'll play a key role in the recruitment and retention of staff, ensuring that our teams are motivated and equipped to deliver outstanding care. Your expertise in care planning and risk management will be invaluable in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including Employee Assistance Programme, Employee of the Month awards, Long term service awards, Professional Development, and Refer a Friend scheme.

Your qualifications and experience may include a diploma or degree in healthcare, social care, or a related field, along with extensive experience of working in the care home sector. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
