Job Overview:

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a highly skilled EOS Propulsion Business Manager to lead our team in Stevenage, England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze discrepancies in financial and operational performance, proposing actions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with business partners across directorates to drive financial and operational excellence.
  • Support key change decisions, including business cases, rate adaptation, and major modifications.
  • Manage financial aspects of project contracts, including cash, risk, and opportunity management.
  • Develop and manage management accounts, including Contractual Change Notes (CCN) and Estimate at Completions (EAC).
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the project team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in project controlling, financial management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of project life cycles, including programme control, risk management, and cost control.
  • Experience with SAP or similar financial systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a large, matrix, or transnational organization.
