Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator/Planner to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily communications with tenants and clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth service operations.
About the Role:- Manage tenant and client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule appointments and allocate workloads for engineers, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
- Monitor job progress, provide quotes, and close jobs, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Handle invoicing and certification distribution, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Order and manage parts for jobs, maintaining inventory and ensuring availability.
- Update clients via CRM and other systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prioritize emergency and vulnerable tenant jobs while meeting KPIs and SLAs, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- 5+ years' experience in customer service and administration, including 3+ years in social housing.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with a driving license preferred.
- Professional when handling vulnerable or elderly customers, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
