We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Skills Cover Tutor to join our team at PeoplePlus. As a Cover Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our learners in achieving their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and support to learners in a range of subjects, including English and Maths, and vocational subjects as required.
- Work closely with our management team and other staff to develop and implement effective training plans.
- Provide guidance and advice to learners to help them achieve their long-term goals and aspirations.
- Ensure that all training is delivered to the highest standard, engaging learners and helping them to reach their potential.
- Display a wide range of training methods to engage learners and demonstrate flexibility in delivering qualifications across various subjects.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Maths and English, or equivalent qualification.
- Substantial experience in your field, with a proven track record of delivering training.
- Experience of teaching or assessing, with a teaching or assessing qualification desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
