Teaching Assistant Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Rikama Education. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to students with Special Educational Needs, enabling them to reach their full potential. Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Providing one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs
• Contributing to a positive learning environment through lunchtime supervision and behaviour management support
• Assisting with administrative duties as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience working with children in EYFS or Primary settings
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in an educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence and ability to use initiative
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs
• Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at £16-22 per hour, depending on experience.
