We provide a range of services for those affected by alcohol and other drugs across Sandwell.

Our Key Workers are based in operational teams, covering Sandwell, supported by Team Leaders and Senior Practitioners.

As a Professional Harm Reduction Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality and safe service to the people you support. This includes assessment and engagement support, case load management, needle syringe programme delivery, harm reduction interventions, and problem-solving to help individuals change their lives for the better.

You will have good knowledge of harm reduction strategies and practices.

The role requires integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a positive difference in people's lives.

You will work collaboratively with our motivated and committed staff teams to deliver a quality service to residents of Sandwell.

To succeed in this role, you will need good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively.

All post holders may be required to work some evenings to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
