Job Title: Senior Paralegal/Legal Executive - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal/Legal Executive to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support to our clients and colleagues.

About the Role:
  • Assist with a variety of commercial property matters, including underleases, lease renewals, and disposals.
  • Work closely with our client account team to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice knowledge.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on matter progress and act as the first point of contact for property title information.
  • Support senior team members with drafting, reporting, and working on transactions.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in real estate and commercial property, with retail sector experience desired but not essential.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to get to grips with client management systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Effective personal, organisational, and time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple demands from clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
