Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to lead our team in delivering high-quality work to lawyers and external clients. The successful candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of solid Corporate/M&A experience at well-known law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of paralegals in delivering work to both lawyers and external clients.
- Day-to-day supervision, training, and development of direct reports.
- Responsibility for the management of the Corporate Paralegal team.
Requirements:
- Approximately 3-5 years of solid Corporate/M&A experience at well-known law firms.
- Commercial experience is also welcome, but only in conjunction with Corporate/M&A work.
