Learning Support Assistant Role in Hounslow

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a SEND school in Hounslow. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEND, adapting the curriculum to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure pupils make progress and achieve their best outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with the school's SEND team to ensure effective support and provision for pupils.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting pupils with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
