**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Assessment Professional to join our team in Ealing, London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential for this role.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of £40 per hour (Umbrella) and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough assessments of property condition and provide detailed reports to management
  • To maintain accurate records of inventory and asset conditions
  • To identify areas for improvement and suggest recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as surveying or construction
  • Proven experience in inventory assessment or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
