Functional Specialist Job Description

Reactive Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Functional Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting engaging consultations and producing comprehensive health and well-being reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a unique blend of 3 assessments per day to help those in need.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to complete in-depth report writing.
  • Maintain a professional manner when dealing with all claimants.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing (RMN, RGN, RLDN) / Occupational Therapist/ Paramedic/ Physiotherapist.
  • Minimum 24 months post-qualification experience in Children Nursing.
  • Active registration with NMC/HCPC with no practice restrictions.
