You'll be based entirely remotely, working autonomously and self-managing your workload. This opportunity allows you to set your own hours, work whenever you want, and enjoy the benefits of being self-employed.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales: Bring on new business, create your own client base, and work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify prospective candidates using various channels and create a candidate persona for each open position.
- Conduct confidential interviews and assess capabilities, building strong long-term client relationships.
- Research and develop recruiting leads, and develop a sustainable candidate-led strategy.
- Take full profit and loss responsibility and develop business development strategies at local and national levels.
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant with a minimum of 2 years' experience and a proven track record of high billing ( £10,000 - £15,000 per month, £130,000+ per year).
- A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Drive and energy to build a desk from scratch, take it to the next level, and be results-driven.
- Candidates must come from a sales and recruitment background in an agency setting with a desire to succeed in a leading company.
