Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Newbridge. The successful candidate will work with adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs, providing therapeutic care and support to enable them to lead a more independent life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents through a care pathway to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting.
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Working Conditions

This is a flexible agency work and block bookings available role, with shifts available to suit your needs. As a driver, you will be required to take residents on outings and activities, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
