About Vector Recruitment Solutions

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional electrical projects within the luxury residential and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical installations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of electrical contracts for high-end residential and hotel projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • Oversee project delivery, meticulously adhering to established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Generate comprehensive progress reports to provide transparent updates on project status and milestones achieved.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience within the construction industry, with a specialization in electrical project management.
  • A strong history of successfully delivering complex electrical projects, particularly within the luxury residential and hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Design & Build schemes, ensuring seamless integration between design intent and on-site execution.
