Electrical Contracts Supervisor

Your new role
You will report to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for the daily coordination and management of a large education project in Oxford. This full-time, site-based role requires you to be on-site five days a week, flying out Monday morning and returning home early Friday afternoon. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2025, after which you are expected to transition to a project based in Northern Ireland.
Key Duties:Manage daily/weekly contract tasks and supervise key activities.Oversee programming and resource allocation for cost efficiency.Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Monitor contract progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.Assist in developing valuations for effective cash flow and accurate WIP.Liaise with suppliers and teams for timely delivery and installation.Represent the company at contract progress meetings.Prepare progress and cost review information for internal meetings.Promote high safety and quality standards on site.Assist in preparing and handing over operation/maintenance manuals.Mentor and supervise the contracts team for development.Challenge and improve current systems.Assess team performance and address issues or training needs.Implement HR policies and conduct performance reviews.Encourage communication and maintain positive working relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
NVQ/C&G Electrical Qualifications.Minimum of 2 years of site supervision experience.Experience in supervising and mentoring other operatives and apprentices.Desirable:Valid CSR Card.IPAD 3a/3b certification.PASMA Combined certification.What you'll get in return
