Experienced Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our team as an SEMH Teacher in Lancaster.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing challenging behaviour, creating engaging lessons, and providing a nurturing environment for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a full-time position starting in January, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing challenging behaviour positively and in line with the school's ethos and procedures.
- Ensuring lessons are planned to meet the needs of children.
- Providing a positive and nurturing environment for children with a range of needs.
- Motivating, engaging, and inspiring children.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable.
Candidates must also be willing to undergo enhanced DBS checks and provide professional references covering the last two years.
