Production Supervisor

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of recyclable packaging products, seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing management environment and be committed to delivering high-quality products while exceeding customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities- To oversee production operations and ensure that the company exceeds customer expectations
- To assess, interrogate, and implement production schedules provided by senior management
- To lead shift managers in line with company vision, policies, and procedures
- To ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures
We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, plus benefits including 31 days' holiday, pension, and on-site parking. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
