We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Welcoming Guests: You will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Phone and Email Management: You will handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct messages to the relevant team members.
- Administrative Support: You will provide administrative assistance to our staff, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing documents.
- Mail and Delivery Management: You will handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Organizational Skills: You will be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
