Job Title: ASB Prevention Specialist

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is looking for an experienced ASB Prevention Specialist to lead our efforts in preventing and resolving Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) issues.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team addressing ASB complaints and statutory nuisances, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Investigate complex cases of ASB and statutory nuisances, including noise complaints and environmental issues under relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in ASB management, including handling statutory nuisances under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
  2. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
