Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Production Engineer to support the Plant Manager in achieving efficiency and quality goals related to industrial activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure Productivity and Quality: Achieve productive, quality, and cost-effective aims in compliance with safety, environment, and product safety provisions and policies.
  2. Support Stakeholder Relationships: Provide technical support to stakeholders and facilitate effective communication.
  3. Budget Formulation: Collaborate with the Country Operations Manager to formulate budget proposals for production and maintenance costs.
  4. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to maximize productivity, efficiency, and service to clients.
  5. Cost Management: Check and manage production and maintenance costs.
  6. Plant Management: Ensure the correct management and maintenance of plants.
  7. Energy Optimization: Guarantee the optimization of energy consumption and exploitation of raw materials.
  8. Production Reporting: Check and validate production reports.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the CTO area personnel to improve productive efficiency, production costs, energy and raw materials consumption, and environmental impact.
  10. Union Relations: Manage relationships with plant trade unions representatives in accordance with the Group's policies.
  11. Technical Development: Ensure the professional development of technical personnel.
  12. Safety Culture: Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.
  13. Corporate Values: Promote the Corporate Principles and Values.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Engineering Experience: Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  2. Relevant Degree: A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  3. Production Reporting: Experience with checking and validating production reports.
  4. Safety and Environment: Experience in dealing with matters of safety, environment, and product safety.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  6. Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize and problem solve.
