As a Claims Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing our claims consulting practice. You will work closely with our claims and underwriting teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to drive business results. Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance claims handling and underwriting practices* Collaborate with claims and underwriting teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, agents, and brokers* Provide technical expertise and guidance to claims and underwriting staff* Lead and participate in special projects to drive business results* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our claims consulting practice

Requirements:
* University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role* Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management and underwriting* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically* Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines* Flexible and comprehensive retirement and social benefits plan, and a virtual health care service* Community action program to support your personal and professional growth.
