The successful candidate will be responsible for working on frequently large urban projects and tall buildings, from inception through to completion. A key requirement is the ability to apply residential design principles and adhere to UK residential standards, building regulations, and statutory requirements.

To excel in this role, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, Lumion, and Affinity is highly desirable. The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
