Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Urban Architect to lead our Health & Safety strategy, overseeing bespoke architectural projects in the urban environment.

This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional project leadership, client engagement, and team development skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise project teams on Health & Safety risk management and CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate Health & Safety during the pre-construction phase.
  • Provide consistent guidance across projects, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Prepare and issue Health & Safety files and design risk assessments.
  • Deliver in-house training and contribute to developing guidance materials.
  • Lead on fee proposals for Principal Designer services.
About YouEssential Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in CDM (Construction Design and Management).
  • CMIOSH Chartered Member of IOSH and APS membership.
  • Strong understanding of design and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and task management.
  • Resilience, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Legal right to work in the UK and eligible for security clearance.
Salary and Benefits

An estimated salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
