Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Construction Director to ensure that all construction sites meet rigorous health and safety standards.

  • Supporting the development of risk assessments and method statements, as well as monitoring safety performance metrics.
  • Implementing effective safety policies and procedures for construction sites and offices.
  • Conducting thorough safety audits and inspections in conjunction with the senior management team.
  • Producing comprehensive O&M Manuals and ensuring compliance.
  • Securing relevant accreditations through documentation.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in health and safety management within the construction industry.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards.

Experience in assisting with safety training and development programs is highly desirable.

A NEBOSH Diploma is essential for this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software is required.

A full UK driving licence is also necessary.

The estimated salary range for this position is between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
