Learning Support Assistant in Mainstream Schools

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide general support in and around classrooms within mainstream secondary schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to positively impacting students' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students in setting and achieving academic goals.
- Collaborate with teachers to support specific groups and admin tasks in the classroom.
- Aid teachers with lesson planning and preparation as needed.
- Help students with classwork and homework.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field (Maths, Sciences, Social Science fields, Education).
- Prior experience working with students with special needs is advantageous.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
