About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Fundraiser. As a representative of Charity Link, you will be the public face of one of our esteemed charities, interacting with the community and seeking their support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the public in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and trust to secure donations and lottery sign-ups.
  • Work independently to achieve targets, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and secure commitments.
  • Represent Charity Link in a positive and respectful manner, upholding the organization's values and mission.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continued success in the role.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or face-to-face sales roles, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
