Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Plumber/Mechanical Engineer (Level 2) to join our facilities maintenance team at HMP Wayland. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of the prison.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide plumbing and mechanical maintenance services to support the safe and secure operation of the prison
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance issues and ensure minimal disruption to prison operations
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in a mechanical or plumbing discipline or equivalent
- Good health and safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills

Benefits
