We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Officer to join our team at the Specialist Provision Centre at University College Isle of Man (UCM). This rewarding role involves providing support to young people with complex and severe needs, including medical needs and autism, and a variety of difficulties in accessing learning.
As an Education Support Officer, you will be responsible for addressing the needs of our students, providing a safe and inclusive learning environment, and promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
What We Offer- A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
