**About the role**

Join our team as an Education Support Officer within the Specialist Provision Centre (SPC) at Henry Bloom Noble Primary School Under the guidance of the SPC Manager, you will work closely with our team to plan and deliver aspects of the curriculum for pupils who may have social/emotional, behavioural, physical, sensory and/or learning difficulties.

You will support, follow and contribute to individual education plans, working with small groups or one to one with pupils. You’ll also set up activities for the day and take pupils out on trips, helping them learn life skills. We are a busy centre with a really great team who support one another and always welcome new ideas to support a range of different needs.
