About YouThis is a new role at NOC, designed to drive business process improvements across the organisation through automation. You will contribute to our Database, Web & Information Services team in IT and be a critical and customer-facing role. The successful candidate will be expected to untangle significant business processes, define clear requirements for improvement, and deliver tangible results that measure efficiency improvements and error reduction.
