About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a skilled Automation Analyst to join our Systems Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in the development, automation, and improvement of business processes for efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and understand existing business support processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using relevant tools and technologies.
  • Become a subject matter expert in running process automation projects from requirements gathering to technical project delivery.
  • Build stakeholder relationships through communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment of automation initiatives with stakeholder expectations and Systems Teams strategy.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset, evaluating the performance of existing automated processes and troubleshooting issues.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in a similar role of automating Business Support processes. You should have experience of RPAs, APIs, and other process automation technologies and tools. A foundation knowledge of Python and experience of at least one element of Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, or PowerApps) are also essential. Sharepoint, MS Teams, and MS Office skills are also required. SQL knowledge and a willingness to learn and persevere to find creative solutions to challenging tasks are also necessary.
